These terms govern use of this website. Engagement terms are set out separately in the signed scope of work for each client.

No guarantee of outcome

Foresight sells a method and an operating discipline, not a guaranteed rank, order volume or revenue figure. Published results describe named engagements over stated periods and are not a forecast of any other engagement.

Use of published figures

All client figures on this site are drawn from platform-reported partner dashboards for the periods stated and are published with client permission. They are not audited financial statements.

Intellectual property

Site content, frameworks and playbooks remain the property of Foresight Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing.
